Looking Glass Falls, Sliding Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway

Dry Falls, Highlands NC

Take a trip to Dry Falls just outside of the scenic town of Highlands. This 80ft waterfall has a one-half-mile trail that takes you behind the waterfall. Highlands is the highest incorporated community on the east coast at 4,118 feet in elevation. The Highlands area has the largest concentration of waterfalls in the country.
